All code 83 #6 turnouts will feature new Roadmaster Series Steel Manganese frog. Code 70 will be available later summer to early fall. Code 70 and 55 turnouts will feature traditional filed frog.
Turnouts are 100% hand laid including frog and points. I designed all Oak Hill track work from prototype drawings. Oak Hill turnouts comply with all NMRA standards. Track work done by Oak Hill is not mass produced. Every piece of track work is meticulously hand crafted to provide years of service and reliable operation. The rail, wood ties and pc ties are all made in the USA.
Throw bar is a pc tie with holes drilled at the end and in the center between the rails for throw rod installation of your choice.
Turnouts are DCC friendly. The frog is isolated from the rest of the turnout track work.
