It's so huge you can build 3 feet of track at a time or anything in between! There are even arrows every 39' so you can accurately put the "fish plates" at the correct position.

Make: Mainline Track, Branchline, and Siding track all in one template.

You can use as little as 3 pc ties for 3 feet! All the rest are real wood ties.
