Pliobond® 20 Adhesive

Pliobond® 20 is a professional-grade contact adhesive trusted by model railroad builders for handlaid track and turnout construction. It forms a strong, flexible bond that becomes tougher with age while resisting vibration, moisture, and temperature changes.

At Oak Hill Track Supply, Pliobond is our adhesive of choice for:

• Bonding tie plates to laser-cut tie bases
• Bonding rail to tie plates
• Handlaid track construction
• Turnout assembly

For best results, apply a thin coat to both surfaces, allow the adhesive to become tacky (approximately 3–5 minutes), then join the parts together. Heat may be used to accelerate curing.
