Roadmaster Series Diamonds & Crossings

A New Way to Build Model Railroad Track

Roadmaster Series Diamonds and Crossings represent a modern approach to model railroad track construction.

Traditional hand-laid track construction relies on paper templates, metal assembly fixtures, and complex jigs to maintain track geometry. Roadmaster eliminates those temporary construction aids by incorporating the assembly system directly into the finished track.

Our innovative laser-cut tie bases and precision tie plate systems become part of the completed structure, creating a faster, more accurate method of building highly detailed trackwork.

No metal templates. No assembly fixtures. No traditional hand-laid track limitations.

Just realistic, prototype-inspired track built using a modern construction system.

Prototype-Based Design

Every component of the Roadmaster Series Diamond and Crossing system has been developed from prototype railroad drawings and accurately scaled to HO scale.

Featuring cast diamond components, laser-cut wood ties, realistic tie plates, and prototype-style tie rods, Roadmaster Diamonds and Crossings deliver a level of detail rarely seen in commercial track products.

Whether used on a busy mainline, industrial trackage, or interlocking plant, Roadmaster components are designed to replicate the appearance and operation of real railroad trackwork.

Roadmaster Features

  • Cast diamonds scaled directly from prototype railroad drawings

  • Precision laser-cut wood ties

  • Realistic tie plates and tie rods

  • Built-in electrical pickup tabs

  • Prototype-inspired geometry and construction

  • Available assembled or as kits

  • Consistent appearance with Roadmaster turnouts and straight track

Built-In Electrical Connections

Roadmaster Diamond and Crossing tie plates feature integrated feeder tabs at each rail section.

These tabs can be bent beneath the tie base, allowing feeder wires to be connected below the layout for a cleaner installation and more reliable electrical performance.

Available Finishes

Roadmaster Series Diamonds and Crossings are available:

  • Unpainted

  • Blackened

Both options provide an excellent starting point for weathering and customization.

Future Roadmaster Developments

The Roadmaster Series continues to grow.

Future products currently under development include additional crossing angles, custom diamond configurations, double-track diamonds, and other prototype-inspired trackwork designed to expand the Roadmaster system.
