Rail-Flow Guide
The Rail-Flow Guide is a new track alignment tool developed by Oak Hill Model Railroad Track Supply to assist with laying commercial flex track and creating precise hand laid rail.
Crafted from precision laser-cut 2mm aircraft-grade Baltic birch, the Rail-Flow Guide is designed to deliver durability and accuracy. Spacing tools allow consistent dual-track alignment from 1.25 to 5 inches. Mounting holes and interlocking end tabs ensure quick setup without glue (though glue may be added for extra hold). The guides are secured with wing nuts—no rulers needed for consistent spacing.

Using the Rail-Flow Guide:
Rail-Flow Guides provide reliable straight-line track alignment for HO scale rail. Whether working with flex track or handlaid rail, they simplify geometry control during layout installation.
Each guide includes notches for spiking and soldering, along with centerline slots for drawing track reference lines and aligning track on center. These features help keep rails centered and cleanly placed on ties. Perfect for long runs or parallel spacing, Rail-Flow Guides remove the guesswork.
