For decades, hand-laid track has relied on paper templates, metal assembly fixtures, and individually positioning ties before track construction could begin. Roadmaster changes that process entirely.

Our innovative laser-cut tie bases and precision tie plate systems become part of the finished track structure, eliminating the need for traditional assembly fixtures while delivering exceptional realism and consistent results.

The tie base establishes track geometry. The tie plates accurately position the rail while providing built-in electrical pickup capability. Together they create a complete track-building system designed specifically for model railroaders.

Available in Straight and Flexible Configurations

Roadmaster Straight Track Systems are available in both 16-inch and 32-inch lengths.

Flexible track sections are also available in all four Roadmaster track styles, allowing modelers to create custom curves and alignments while maintaining the same prototype appearance and detail found throughout the Roadmaster Series.

Unlike traditional hand-laid track, where every tie must be individually positioned, Roadmaster's tie base system dramatically reduces construction time while maintaining prototype tie spacing and appearance.

Our innovative tie plates include built-in electrical pickups, eliminating the need to route feeder wires through your benchwork and simplifying installation.

Roadmaster Straight Track uses the same tie plates, rail, and construction methods as our turnouts, crossings, and diamonds, providing a consistent appearance across your entire railroad.

Heavy Freight

Designed for mainlines carrying heavy freight and high-speed passenger traffic.

• Prototype tie spacing: 19 7/9"

Medium Freight

Ideal for secondary mainlines with moderate freight and passenger traffic.

• Prototype tie spacing: 22 1/4"

Light (Branchline) Freight

Perfect for branchlines, light-duty mainlines, and running sidings.

• Prototype tie spacing: 25 3/4"

Yard & Industry

Designed for yards, industrial sidings, storage tracks, and lightly maintained trackage.
